Need feedback on Track Night in America Rewards for...

Need feedback on Track Night in America Rewards for 2022. I've ordered a very large quantity of product this year, like the last 8 years from TR and I haven't received any information on the product rebates, yet I took part in an Event back in April at Thompson back in April. Historically you've provided the rebate forms along with the Invoices, but nothing so far this year. Can you assist with this? I want to loop in the Chat / Customer Service also. My bad as well. I'd forgotten until now. Thanks

Being discriminated against cause i do my own work

I bought 2 sets of 2017 date code Potenza RE-71R's for cheaper than a set of 2020 date code tires for use in the 21/22 autocross seasons. I installed the second set this year and opted to keep them on due to back issues with swapping them on and off just for a weekend. This led to pothole damage that required them to be balanced over and over to the point i started to consider buying a new set of tires and forgot about the road hazard. So, i called to verify the warranty would cover this, i bought a set of Falken 615K's as this was all that was in stock that i could afford. Tirerack confirmed i would receive full refund on the original $88 per tire price since they could not refund more than i paid for. I was fine with this and not asking for more than i deserved. I have access to commercial Hunter Tire equipment and can do my own work, so i cleared it with TR to make sure this would not cause an issue. It has, cause apparently, you cant do your own work, which is bullcrap, many many racers with big buck budgets do their own work, some with freaking tire spoons and no hydraulic machines. Because i followed TRs guidance, im being told my damage doesnt fall under the coverage, when POT HOLE DAMAGE is clearly one of the reasons. They denied my appeal in less than 24 hours.

Charged double when ordering only two tires
Suggested pickup option without explaining it was four hours away
No up front pricing on mobile install until after clicking to buy it
Eliminating tire brand options on smart car if not purchasing all four tires
In total, a bit overwhelmingly poor from what I had been used to
Good part? Your two year road hazard. Nice touch!

Cheap, easy, mostly hassle free

Cheap, easy, mostly hassle free. Only thing better is finding tires on the side of the road, since those are free. Usually not the best selection, though. Tire rack wins in that regard.

Joking aside, I have weird a tire size that they can supply so good on them for having options for us weird, wide-16"-wheel owners.

Prices are also a bit better than other places. Plus I don't have to look the Discount Tire man in the eyes while he ignores me for 30 minutes.

Didn’t get it done, waiting for refund

They called me after the installation was supposed to begin to tell me they didn’t have all the tires. This despite that I had called them five days earlier and they confirmed they had all the tires. Only option they gave me was to cancel. Meanwhile, they can’t tell me when I will receive my refund.

Tire Replacement was Easy

Found the tires I wanted, with price competitive to local Mavis stores. But I use my own preferred installer. Tire Rack delivered the replacement tires within 2 business days of my order. I ordered these tire previously from Tire Rack(years ago). They had 35,000 miles on them, and still showed good tread, but I had to replace the front pair because one(right front) had developed a small crack on the inside, and a bubble on the outside, of the side wall.Found the tires I wanted, with price competitive to local Mavis stores. But I use my own preferred installer.Good selection. Good prices. And importantly good road test info and customer satisfaction comment.

Thanks to Tucker for his valuable information. I went to NTB this morning to purchase 2ContinentalTrueContact Tour. I had purchased 4 of them in 2020. Chad told me Continental had gone down hill and there was no way he could get 2 tires. Could install 2 Micheline Defenders today at a cost of $415.00. So glad I did some research and them amazingly NTB was on your preferred installers list. Thanks Tire Rack!

Spoke witth Theo at the Tire Rack who was extremely helpful and willing to take the time to answer some brand specific questions I had. I appreciated his excellent attention to customer service, his willingness to assist me and his positive attitude. In also appreciated him going over my online order prior to placing it to make sure I had the proper tires for my truck. It made for a great first impression and I would consider purchasing from Tire Rack again as a result.

Seems like the checkout flow wants to push me into...

Seems like the checkout flow wants to push me into one of Tire Rack's preferred installers without an easy option for me to choose my own installer that I have saved in my preferences. Being able to select from my installer list should be the FIRST option. I spent 10 minutes poking around the check-out process to get the shipping correct. I could see this leading folks to abandoning checkout and going somewhere else.

I should have read the reviews here before I went down the tire rack rabbit hole. When they have all of what you want they're good. But, if anything has to be backordered they are terrible. I just ordered 2k of tires and rims and Customer service called me and wanted me to cancel the order and put it on 3 different orders, blah, blah.. When I told them i wasn't going to do it and that they should figure it out, they had no problem just cancelling it and having me go somewhere else. Good luck Tire Rack I hear Amazon calling.

I have used tire rack for multiple tires and wheels on various vehicles successfully, but no more. V. bad customer service experience after the sale and delivery. (12-16-20 through 1-21-22)

Very easy BUT THEY CANNOT HELP YOU OR DO ANYTHING BUT MAKE YOU WAIT, and they will not get back to you even after multiple calls.
